In early 2017, Yemen was hitting by the worst ever recorded Cholera epidemic in the world, pollution and accumulation of tons of organic waste in the streets unplanned waste management is a major reason for that, In the same time there was – and still now- a severe shortage of energy supply.
Trying to solve the improper waste management and lack of energy using his background as an engineer he worked in a countless hours of R&D to develop an efficient small scale biodigester to turn the organic waste into clean energy with help and guidance of professors we created an efficient and durable biogas generator that was easy to install and accessible to all.

Later, selected by UNDP among top 20 young leaders in Yemen Joining the Youth Leadership Program YLP III it was a great millstone and after few months Awarded the Top UN Environmental Award Young Champions of the Earth!
2022 Year of start-Up!
In December 2021, and after 4 years of research and development BioTreasre was born as social enterprise and started making impact in Yemen in a mission to provide millions of people with clean energy and fertilizers!

Dr. Rashid Saleh Aboud Baraba is a distinguished Yemeni geologist with extensive expertise in petroleum exploration and geological research. He earned his Master's degree in Oil Exploration from the Higher Institute of Petroleum and Chemistry in Azerbaijan and his PhD in Geology from the Russian University of Friendship of Peoples in Moscow.
With a career spanning several decades, Dr. Baraba has held pivotal roles, including Deputy Minister and Minister of Oil and Minerals, where he spearheaded major projects and reforms. He has significantly contributed to Yemen's oil and gas sector, established key geological infrastructures, and advanced international collaborations.
Dr. Baraba is the current President of the Yemeni Geological Society and has served as a visiting professor at Hadramout and Sana'a Universities. He continues to influence the energy and mining sectors through his role as a consultant and founder of the Hadramout Energy and Mining Consulting Center.

Anwar Salem Abdullah Hassan, born April 2, 1958, in Hadramout, Yemen, is a seasoned expert in the oil and gas industry. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kuwait.
Mr. Hassan has had a distinguished career, including serving as Executive Managing Director of Yemen Gas Company and as a board member of Yemen Liquefied Natural Gas Company (YLNG) for over 25 years. Since April 2021, he has been an Advisor to the Ministry of Oil and Minerals in Yemen.
His previous roles include Acting General Manager of Yemen Oil and Gas Corporation and General Manager of Yemen Gas Corporation. He has also participated in major international energy conferences and led significant projects in Yemen's energy sector.
Mr. Hassan's expertise and leadership continue to drive advancements in Yemen's oil and gas industry.

Eman Al-Maktari is a seasoned entrepreneur and the Co-Founder and CEO of MOSNAD Talents Marketplace. With over 18 years in the tech industry, Eman began her career as a software engineer before founding multiple startups in value-added services, digital services, and recruitment. She also brings 7 years of expertise in the development sector, specializing in employment support and fostering startup ecosystems. Balancing her professional achievements with her role as a mother of Rayan and Kenan, Eman continues to drive innovation and support in both technology and development sectors.

Omer is a Social entrepreneur and environmentalist won the top UN Environmental Award Young Champions of the Earth. Omer also founder and Chairman of Solutions for Sustainable Societies.

A social entrepreneur and business development manager at BioTreagure, Khairia has extensive experience in managing developmental and social projects. She has led multiple programs aimed at supporting and empowering women in Yemen. Khairia participated in the Accelerate program to support entrepreneurs in Malaysia and the Unleash Rwanda program. She founded the Start-Up Group for Social Work and is currently pursuing her studies in business administration.

Saleh Ramadan, an innovative design specialist with high design and analysis skills, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Design and Multimedia from the University of Science and Technology. He is currently working on designing the initial user experience for the innovative system, making the necessary modifications with the product development team, reflecting them and following up on them in reality.
